The HOA's fiscal year runs from April 1 to March 31. Annual invoices for dues are sent April 1st, and are payable Zelle or check.
Dues for all units are currently $30 per month. There are 12 townhouses which each pay an additional $20/month for their shared costs.
Purposes
Purposes
Red Stick Drive, Red Stick Crossing, and Red Stick Villas Drive are all private streets. The HOA keeps money on hand for repairs and maintenance.
There are four common areas which the HOA maintains.
The HOA is responsible for the Main Water supply and irrigation for the landscaping on Old Hammond Hwy.
